👋🏼 Hi, I'm Lucas Da Cruz.

I'm a DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience building and scaling infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms on AWS and Azure. I like building things that are reliable and correct, and lately I've been pushing into new territory, applying that same infrastructure mindset to AI systems, working with Databricks, MLflow, and RAG-based stuff. I'm also chipping away at the Kubernetes CKA cert, and this fall I'm starting my M.S. in Computer Science at Georgia Tech.

At Ecolab I've worked across distributed IoT systems, cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, and most recently AI-powered product systems. On the side I freelance with startups on interesting problems, most recently at Torchlight.
